Sao Paulo Architecture Biennial 2009
31-10-2009 - 06.12.2009
Architecture of Consequence is a traveling exhibitions and publication showcasing the work of several young Dutch design offices. It discusses the way the current generation of Dutch architects are dealing with the present social and economical issues. Issues which are framed in a Dutch context but have global ramifications.
ZUS’ contribution consists of a selection of projects with public space in contemporary cities as a central theme. The projects Plan Duin, Re-public, Public Domain Campaign, Neo-localism and De Dépendance illustrate ZUS’ vision on the production and management of public space.
We would like to thank the municipality of Almere and Amvest without
whom it would not have been possible to include Plan Duin in this
exhibition.
